Can I change the template after entering my details?
You can move between Essential, Modern, Executive and Letterhead without entering the details again. Custom wording stays with the letter when you change its design.
Can I edit the wording?
In Review, expand Customize the wording. Edit the introduction, work arrangements, pay, benefits, additional terms or closing individually. Recheck edited passages if you later change the underlying offer details.
Can I add my own logo, signature and footer?
Open Branding & additional details under Company. Add a PNG or JPG logo up to 1 MB, select a company-signature option and choose company details or up to two custom lines for the optional footer.
Does the tool provide candidate e-signing?
The tool can include a blank candidate acceptance and signature area. It does not collect or verify an electronic signature from the candidate. Send and complete the letter through your own process.
Will larger text or more wording add pages?
Text size affects the layout. Choose Compact, Standard or Large under Change design and inspect the PDF preview. Long letters continue to additional pages, and an enabled company footer repeats on each page.
Preview & saving
Can I preview the PDF before checkout?
Complete the required company, candidate and offer fields, then select Open PDF preview. You can inspect that watermarked version before ordering. The completed PDF removes the PREVIEW watermark.
Why does the preview show sample details?
A labeled sample illustrates the design before you enter company or candidate details. Your entries replace that display as you start. Unused optional fields stay blank, and sample data is not inserted into your form.
Can I save a letter and finish it later?
The current tab retains your work. For access later, use Save for later and copy the private 30-day editing link. Anyone who holds that link can edit the unfinished letter.
How should I protect my saved link?
Keep both draft and completed-order links private. Share them only with a trusted person who should have access. An unexpired draft link permits editing of the unfinished document.
Checkout & completed letters
How do I pay and receive my completed offer letter?
Review the letter and supply the purchaser name and delivery email at checkout. Payment is handled through PayPal, which may offer card options. Once confirmed, the private order page provides PDF access for 90 days. The confirmation, PDF and link go to the delivery email; the selected PayPal-email copy option also sends to a different address if PayPal supplies one. Download a copy before access expires.
Is the candidate emailed automatically?
The candidate email is a record field, not a delivery instruction, and is not printed in the letter. Use the separate checkout email for delivery. You choose how and when to share the PDF with the candidate.
Can I change a completed letter?
You may edit the letter before completing the order. After completion, the customer form is locked. Ask support about a correction and include your order reference so the team can find it.
Does the generator choose employment terms for me?
The generator arranges your details and selected wording. It does not choose legal clauses or confirm that the offer satisfies every requirement. Use company-reviewed terms and obtain appropriate advice for the circumstances.
